The opening act of The New School’s new series “The Nth Degree Series,” this lecture brings back the beloved scholar bell hooks who will be talking with director, writer, and producer, Jill Soloway, known for her hit Amazon show, Transparent. The pair will be discussing how they have used personal experiences and autobiographical anecdotes to open scholarly discussion and awareness of injustice.
