Whether you’re excited for Valentine’s Day or dreading the very thought of it, next Tuesday is a day to look forward tothe New School Free Press is launching its new weekly advice column, entitled Love, Lucy, on February 14.

Modeled in part after Slate’s “Dear Prudence,” Cosmopolitan’s “Ask Logan,” and The New York Times’ “The Ethicist,” Love, Lucy seeks to inclusively support members of the New School community seeking support with issues regarding anything from your love life to your work life and any topic in between.

Each week, editors Molly Mintz and Mischka Capriles will select an array of questions to thoughtfully research and report solutions on.

Students, faculty, staff, administration, alumni, and other individuals with a New School email address can send submissions via email to nsfplovelucy@gmail.com or through Love, Lucy’s official GoogleForm.

Individuals whose questions are selected for publication will be notified by the editors. The names and identities of all persons who submit to Love, Lucy will always be kept anonymous.

So, maybe you’re currently fighting with your family, pining after your professor, or daunted by a dating disaster. No matter how tiny your trouble, tell us. Love, Lucy can help.
