The New School for Drama is hosting an interactive theatrical experience in the UC Center with their very own drama students! Make sure you come in costume. There will be a party afterwards with free candy, cookies, and snacks! You can bring friends who don’t attend The New School, just be sure to RSVP for them on The New School website.

Everything is Terrible! Legends at the Bell House

The folks at Everything is Terrible! have taken it upon themselves to search through countless VHS tapes to find you lost gems that you would have never otherwise seen. Do you remember cat massage? Yeah, that was them. They’re going to be showing their “greatest hits” at the Bell House this weekend. Sounds fun.

Since you’ll most likely be in Halloween withdrawal all of next week you can get relieve yourself and get weird on St. Marks St. at this book party. Author, Ada Calhoun, will be discussing his new book about the vibrant history of St. Marks. Also, free beer!

Readings and Conversations Featuring the Bronx Artist Documentary Project

Nov. 4 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Bronx museum is offering the unique chance to get to know the members of their documentary project. The project highlights Bronx based artists with photographs of them taken by Bronx based photographers. At the end there will be a screening of “Artistic Energy: The Bronx” Get your Bronx on!
