  1. The New School is one of the most rigorous educational institutions, but does not have that reputation worldwide and especially through rankings. What’s your take on the overall ranking of the university among other national universities?

    Also, how can The New School brand itself worldwide when we have been suffering to attain merchandise (not athletic, but simply school spirit merch) with no bookstore.

    Understanding that one of your main goals for the university is community development and bringing all divisions together around the Union Square area, what other finalized ideas of expansion do you have (most importantly about facilities including study areas, social and recreational spaces and retail (merch and bookstores)?
