Fans can sit on a replica of the orange couch in front of a backdrop image of the Central Park set.

To commemorate the 20th anniverary of the show Friends, Warner Bros. Television Group, Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Eight O’ Clock Coffee teamed up to create a semi-replica of Central Perk, the fictional cafe that the characters frequented on the show. The cafe is located at 199 Lafayette Street and is open weekdays 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends. It will serve free coffee to nostalgic Friends fans from September 17th through October 18th.

Inside the cafe are various props, costumes, and even autographed scripts available for visitors to look at. The iconic orange couch makes for a perk-fect photo op! Visitors are encouraged to share their photos on social media sites with the hashtag #Friends20. The promoters say there will also be occasional appearances from James Michael Tyler, who played Gunther, the deadpan barista who was hopelessly in love with Rachel. Go on a weekday morning before the line of friendly Friends fans wraps around the block!
