The 20th Street Dorm is viewed as the perfect home away from home to many of its residents. Located in Chelsea, the dorm was the perfect distance from most of the university buildings, allowing residents to feel apart of campus while also giving them their own space to breathe. Students loved the laid back, quiet and cozy atmosphere of the building and many have created strong friendships with security guards and maintenance workers. The surrounding area of Chelsea provided a colorful, inviting, enchanting and vibrant community that many residents felt very much apart of, with its restaurants, bars, galleries and, of course, the 16 Handles right across the street from the dorm. From the great atmosphere to the warm-hearted residents and workers, this place will be truly missed.

Skateboarders made the block their home during a warm Sunday afternoon to record themselves doing a trick using a broken street sign and a curb. Dont try this at home folks.
